SYMPTOM(s):
Performance issues with code when AdminServer is not used
Application is distributed via Citrix
Performance of all queries is 40-50 seconds worse is AdminServer is stopped
Affects connections via both ProVision and Client-Networking
.dbi, .lbi and .srt temp files are generated in local starting directory.
CAUSE:
Change compatibility bits in order to avoid having Progress applications suspended and to allow them to use more of the CPU resources
