INTRODUCTION:

Roundtable stores non-ascii object in the Roundtable repository, with
an encryption routine for binary objects. If roundtable attempts to
store a binary object, and has not been notified that the object is
binary, to following error occurs:
Error import data field wider than 32751 characters (4138)

POSSIBLE CAUSE OF ERROR:

User is trying to check in an object that is binary without telling
Roundtable to store the object as binary
DOES ERROR INDICATE CORRUPTION: IF SO, WHAT TYPE

NO, some cases with small binary files the error doesn't occur, and
the users assumes the object stored correctly and it doesn't.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES:

Select the object and change the encryption flag from RQD to B. and
tell Roundtable to store the object again.
