How to convert Rdb/VMS version 3 to version 4.
The demo.rdb file distributed in Version 6 to Version 6.2G50 (as of
today) is created in version 3.1A of Rdb/VMS.
If customers are running version 4 of Rdb/VMS, they have to convert
the demo.rdb from version 3 to version 4 in order for Progress to read
the demo.rdb file.
Command to convert version 3 to version 4 of Rdb files:
$ rmu/convert demo
