Dynamics: Error 91 when deleting object names in Container Builder.
Highlighting an existing object name in the Container Builder and then deleting it with the delete button will fail with several errors.
** No record is available. (91)
Unable to extract BUFFER-VALUE for field c_instance_name. (7366)
Unable to extract BUFFER-VALUE for field d_smartobject_obj. (7366)

FIX:
The problem only occurs when the container builder is entered for the first time and no other objects have been selected. So, to avoid this select another object before selecting the one you want to delete, or select the Non-Visual object page before re-selecting the Visual object page.
