Roundtable ADE interface doesn't work; Object is locked

INTRODUCTION:

When Roundtable doesnt present the programmer notes dialog after
changing a checked-out object, or the object is locked after the edit
session terminated normally, the Roundtable ADE hooks are not working.

POSSIBLE CAUSE OF ERROR:

This is caused by path changes in the workspace or Roundtable. These
Roundtable/ADE interface points are made by replacing ADE code in the
ADECOMM directory, with RTB code in a local ADECOMM directory. If a
path the DLC ADECOMM directory preceed the path to the Roundtable
ADECOMM directory the Roundtable hooks would be ignored.
DOES ERROR INDICATE CORRUPTION: IF SO, WHAT TYPE

NO, it's possible for a change to be made without Roundtable being
notified.
CORRECTIVE MEASURES:

Remove any PROPATH entries from the workspace referring to the
$DLC/src directory, and re-start the Progress session
