Kbase P25071: Unable to set WRKDIR to a network driver using progress expl

SYMPTOM(s):

Unable to set WRKDIR to a network driver using progress explorer tool

Working directory is grey out even after type a valid network driver

CAUSE:

Admin Server owner process does not have enough permissions to the network driver.
By default, the Admin Service for Progress is started as the same user that most other Windows Services are, that is the 'Local System' account. This account has full control of the local system resources but cannot access resources on the network system. Therefore, a Windows NT/2000 service that uses the local system account cannot use mapped network drives in the same manner that a regular user can.

FIX:

Create or set the bellow permissions to a DOMAIN/account user and use this user to start the Admin Server.
- Member of the local administrator group.
- Log on as a service.
- Log on as batch job.
- Act as part of the operating system.
- Increase quotas.
- Create a token object.
- Replace a process level token.
