Control codes generated against patch level number
CAUSE:
The control codes were mistakenly generated against a specific service pack level such as 9.1D05. Control codes for installing Progress should be generated against the base Progress version number. An example of the base "plain vanilla" version number would be 9.1D..
FIX:
Obtain control codes from your Progress account manager. They should be generated against the "plain vanilla" version number.
