Errors 2468 and CPF4161 duplicate keys on AS/400.
Unable to open the database file. (2468)
Records in member &4 have duplicate keys.
AS/400 message information: type 15, severity 50, ID CPF4161
CAUSE:
Duplicate records existed in the DB2/400 physical files.
FIX:
Remove the duplicate records and the problem is resolved.
