Dynamics: GUI and Web UI layouts are different when using the Tab Folder Object
Having the container with multiple pages where the Tab Folder object
is not at the layout's bottom displays erroneously in the web UI
Using Tab Folder object (afspfoldrw.w) side by side with another object in
the container does not show correctly in the web UI.
