Error during installation of Service Pack
Shut down running processes before reinstalling:
prowin32.exe
accugnt5.dll
prow32.dll
vsapi.dll
CAUSE:
A Progress client is running. The installation of a Service Pack usually needs to overwrite prowin32.exe and other executables, which must not be in use before the Service Pack installation can proceed.
FIX:
Terminate all your active Progress client sessions. The Task Manager can help in this job.
