Cannot connect the full number of users the database is licensed for
Database is licensed for more users then can be connected to.
CAUSE:
The PROCFG environment variable points to the Progress.cfg file that contains the license information. This environment variable is pointing to the wrong Progress.cfg file.
FIX:
Change the PROCFG environment variable to point to the correct Progress.CFG file for the database.
