SYMPTOM(s):
Timestamps in the Progress log files are wrong
Progress log files as admserv.log, WebSpeed, AppServer and every other
unified broker instance log files are having the wrong timestamp for the
logged events
Time written in the log files does not correspond to the system time
CAUSE:
TZ environment variable is not set or is not set correctly.
FIX:
Set environment variable TZ pointing to correct time zone. (example TZ=GMT-1)
Please note, there was a bug in 1.3.0 JVM causing TZ to be ignored. This is fixed in JVM 1.3.1.
