SYMPTOM(s):
Making Change to ADM2 Master But Instance Is Not Updated
When editing a SmartObject master (browser, viewer, frame) and saving the master, the object instance in a SmartWindow was not being updated with the change
CAUSE:
There was a -q in the startup. -q uses Quick Request so we do not check for new version of rcode, use the rcode in memory
FIX:
Ensure development session does not include the -q startup parameter
