FIX:
Follow these steps to force windows to use your version of a DLL file rather than its own default version:
1. Create an empty file and save it as 'prowin32.exe.local' in the prowin32.exe directory; usually the DLC\bin.
2. Place your .DLL version(s) in the same directory as theprowin32.exe and the prowin32.exe.local files directory.
