Help file can not be found when using SYSTEM-HELP:
i.e.
define VAR X AS CHAR NO-UNDO.
DEFINE VAR helpfile AS CHAR NO-UNDO.
helpfile = "\\REMOTESYSTEM\wrk91d\helplibw.hlp".
MESSAGE helpfile VIEW-AS ALERT-BOX.
SYSTEM-HELP helpfile FINDER.
CAUSE:
Running program without the latest Service Pack

Apply the latest service pack
