SYMPTOM(s):
Dynamics: Extent field instance name changes so field displays blank.
With Dynamics 2.0A a Generated dynamic SmartDataViewer datafield instance name looks like "dbname.fieldname1", and a manually created dynamic SDV datafield looks like "dbname.fieldname[1]".
With Dynamics 2.0A02 both generated and manually created extent datafields have
instance names like "fieldname1".
The 2.0A manually created SmartDataViewer instance name includes a bracket around the extent index. This bracket prevents the viewer from displaying data in the extent field after it has been upgraded to 2.0A02.

FIX:
To make the viewers work again (and possibly dynamic browsers as well), it is necessary to use the Repository Maintenance Tool (ROM) tool to update the instance name to the new 2.0A01 format.
