FIX:
The ODBC driver is an Optional component that is not installed unless a Complete installation is selected. If the ODBC driver has been installed, the installd.ini file located in the Progress %DLC% directory will contain the following field:
__SubComponent_SQL ODBC Client (m)=1
This file lists all the components installed. A one indicates that the component is installed where a 0 indicates that it is not installed.
To add the ODBC driver to an existing Progress installation without reinstalling Progress run the Add Components utility.
