Attempting to generate a report that uses the SQL-92 connection on the ReportServer.

Database Error 20: The database interface DLLs or shared libraries could not be loaded.
LIBPATH is set correctly in the Reqserv5.sh file to point to $DLC/lib and $DLC/odbc/lib.
CAUSE:
Actuate has not been certified with Progress 9.1D.
FIX:
Use a version of Progress that Actuate has certified for use with their product.
