Error occurred while accessing component property/method:LoadControls Unexpected failure. Error code: 0x8000ffff control_load <Program name> (5890)
CAUSE:
During development the R-code was removed so the 4GL tried to do a 'compile on the fly' of the source file. Unfortunately the source file was encrypted so the resulting R-code was not valid
FIX:
Decrypt the source code while doing development
