Fathom Replication target database starts and then stops immediately with error 10215
The executable <FathomRepl>/bin/rpagent started by the DB Service manager ended in error. (10215)

CAUSE:
Either the databaseName.repl.properties file is missing from within the target database directory or it is not named correctly.
FIX:
Make sure the target database's properties file is set up correctly:
1. Check whether the file called databaseName.repl.properties is missing from the target database directory. (where databaseName is the name of your database).
2. If the file is missing, copy the file target.repl.properties file from the Fathom_Replication_installation_directory/properties directory to the directory containing the target database.
3. Edit the file and change the parameters according to your requirements.
4. Rename the file to be called databaseName.repl.properties whereby databaseName is the name of your target database.
