SYMPTOM(s):
getting error "no _precord is available (91) " when trying to close a smart object in the AppBuilder.
A Progress Provision License Installation.
CAUSE:
A defective of incomplete installation of the progress product produced incorrect provison.cfg file causing Progress to believe that the compile option is not licensed.
FIX:
Reinstall the Progress product using the complete option.
