How do you check-in and check-out objects in Character Roundtable.
Why you need to know this:

The check-in/out process is how a new object version is created and
how that new object version is stored permanently.

To check an object in or out you must have a task. To verify that a
task is selected, look at the status bar above the menu. The task
number should be displayed. To check an object out navigate/find the
desired object:
1. Select the object from the Object Selection Browse.
2. Select the Ver menu option. Ver stands for Version.
3. Choose whether to Version/Revision/Patch the object.
To check an object in singularly do the following:
1. Select the object from the Object Selection Browse.
2. Select the Ver menu option. Ver stands for Version.
3. Select Complete from the Version menu. This validates the object
status and checks the object in.
