UniVerse/SQL: Invalid Number of arguments.

CAUSE:
You are getting the message regarding UniVerse/SQL because we are accidentally running a UniVerse library/executable instead of the Progress one.
FIX:
Check the PATH and make sure that $DLC/bin is at the start of the path because you are picking up another product's executables rather than Progress's.
It is also recommended that you check the LD_LIBRARY_PATH and make sure that there is not another vendors libraries on that path too.
