what do I do if I deleted some database extents files from OS that have data in them?

FIX:
If from operating system, database extent files are deleted, database can not be restarted because of missing files. The only way to fix the problem is to
1. Restore from the latest backup
2. Roll forward AI files that are created after the latest backup.
