Service Pack 5 TP 15 installed
CAUSE:
Bug 20030108-006, the Mgr for Prepared statements has a small buffer limited to 100 prepared statements.
FIX:
This issue is expected to be fixed by 9.1D06, the current workaround is set the following environment variable before starting the database:
CACHED_STATEMENTS=<any value above 500>
