Roundtable troubleshooting questions and solutions guide
Trouble shooting questions/solutions:

Question: What Roundtable version are you running?
Solution: Use Help|About to determine the Roundtable version.
You should be running the current version.
Question: Are you running a DBE version of Progress?
Solution: Verify that their version of Roundtable is supported under a
DBE version of Progress.
Question: Did you install Roundtable in the default location?
Solution: The Icon/Shortcut attributes should define what Roundtable
directory is being used.
Question: Have you modified PROGRESS.INI?
Solution: Does Roundtable work with the default INI file? What's
different?
Question: Do you have the Progress BIN directory in your DOS path ?
Solution: From a DOS prompt type SET and make sure the correct path
appears. If not add the path to AUTOEXEC.BAT and re-boot.
Question: How are you connecting to the Roundtable repository?
Solution: The Icon/Shortcut attributes should define what connection
parameters are being used. Also, can they connect to
repository from the Data Dictionary?
Question: Are you running with network mapping turned on?
Solution: View Admin|Site Information. If they are, look at the
Workspace drive assignment (Admin|Workspace Drive
Assignment).
Question: Are you running as a development site other than 000?
Solution: View Admin|Site Information. If they are they should be
able to get assistance from the Var or site 000.
