Status: Unverified
SYMPTOM(s):
Some characters are not displayed in FILL-IN widget.
Using WIDTH-CHARS attribute to set the FILL-IN variable input size.
CAUSE:
WIDTH-CHARS attribute is not the attribute that specifies the input size of a FILL-IN but the one that specifies the total size of the widget.
FIX:
Use the FORMAT attribute to set the size of the FILL-IN in relation to the input length. For example a FILL-INname:FORMAT = "X(5)" will allow the user to enter exactly 5 characters.
