Installation of Progress fails without error after reaching 99% completion
Installation idles for 15 seconds and then returns to the install Microsoft install screen.
Failure to install Progress Provision Plus.
CAUSE:
The media shipped by the vendor was defective.
FIX:
Replace the media.
