SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to print to a WinFax PRO 10.x using _osprint or output to printer.
EventViewer shows error 63 from osprint
Windows error 63 is
63L ERROR_PRINT_CANCELLED
File waiting to be printed was deleted.
WinFax PRO 10.x works fine with windows 2000.
WinFax PRO 8.x works fine with both Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
CAUSE:
At this time (May 2003), Symantec does not yet support the windows XP platform with their WinFax PRO 10.x SDK.
FIX:
Use a Windows 2000 platform or WinFax PRO 8.x.
