WebSpeed broker entries have different timestamps in log files than system time is
AppServer broker entries have different timestamps in log files than system time is

CAUSE:
TZ environment variable is not set or is not set correctly.
FIX:
Set environment variable TZ pointing to correct time zone. (example TZ=GMT-1)
