Progress and application otherwise work properly
CHANGE:
Upgraded Progress from version 8
CAUSE:
Prior to 9.1D, the version file was executable and would display the Progress version when run.
In 9.1D, the version file changed to plain text.
FIX:
Adjust application appropriately to display version file as required.
