Getting error when open Data Dictionary
Unable to read Up/Down case tables from the _db record. (4014)
CAUSE:
Multiple versions of Progress (i.e. different releases) were combined into a single installation
FIX:
Reinstall Progress and do not combine (i.e. copy) different versions on top of each other
