Nothing happens when attempting to paste the copied text from the Windows clipboard to the Progress Procedure Editor
Running Progress Character Client for Windows (WINCHAR32)

This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Upgrade to Windows 2000 or Windows XP
