SYMPTOM(s):
Running progress application against Access 2000 crashes the progress client
The ODBC DataServer is missing but has MS SQL Server DataServer license
Only using the progress client, prowin32
CAUSE:
The problem is for not having the ODBC DataServer license. The MS SQL Server DataServer license is designed only to work with Microsoft SQL Server DataServer but not with any other ODBC compliant foreign data source.
FIX:
Install ODBC DataServer license and create a schema holder using the ODBC DataServer license.
