SYMPTOM(s):
Prior to querying _sql_qplan table a table has been queried using IN predicate with large number of elements.

Querying the _sql_qplan table will succeed on a machine with sufficient resources.
SQL Explorer will disconnect from database.
Problem will occur only when SQL Explorer is running on a machine with insufficient resources.
FIX:
This is a known issue.
