SYMPTOM(s):
Can't bring up Data Dictionary when developing GUI app.
CAUSE:
The DLC\src directory was part of the PROPATH. Since there are uncompiled version of some of the Progress tools such as the data dictionary and the support files for those tools were not listed in the Propath, the Data Dictionary code would not run from the %DLC%\src directory.
FIX:
Move DLC\gui before DLC\src in the propath.
