Report Engine does not inherit setting from calling session
Report Engine ignores session startup parameters
Session started with -ininame [inifile] -basekey "INI"
Parameters located in startup.pf
Report Engine does not use specified ini file
CAUSE:
Report Engine does not read startup.pf while starting (contrary to documentation).
FIX:
Create an rbstart.pf file in your %DLC% directory containing the relevant -ininame and -basekey parameters
