Where to input CorVu control codes

FIX:
Under CorVu Administrator you have various tabs - CorVu Server Setup, Personal Licenses, Enterprise Licenses, ActivEx Licenses. Input your control codes into the required slots under one of the relevant tab.
After you've clicked [Ok], you should be able to restart the Administrator and use the CorVu Server Serup tab to configure databases etc., and run CorVu.
