SYMPTOM(s):
Merant ODBC Driver 4.0 fails to connect.
This client is not licensed for remote connections. (4406)
CAUSE:
The driver is looking for an OIB residing in the client side, but there is none.
FIX:
Switch Database Access Mode to DIRECT connection in Data Source setup, then start an OIB in the DB server side.
