Users getting disconnected from database.
Errors in the database log file
Connection timed out on socket=<n> for usernum <n>, attempt disconnect. (1280)
Logout usernum <num>, userid <name>, on <tty
ode>. (739)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Client/Server configuration with a firewall between the clients and the database machine.
Clients can be any of 4GL client, AppServer, Webspeed.

CAUSE:
The KeepAlive timeout for the firewall is shorter than the KeepAlive timeout for the operating system(s) where the clients and the database reside.
FIX:
Increase the KeepAlive timeout for the firewall, or decrease the KeepAlive timeout for the operating systems.
