The NUM-SELECTED-ROWS attribute returns an incorrect value (value is one more than it should be)
The Shift+Click set of keystrokes are used to select multiple rows

CAUSE:
This is caused by a bug in the browse widget where having an editable browse and using shift+click will cause the NUM-SELECTED-ROWS attribute to be one greater than it should be
