Report Builder - create a join on more than 1 set of fields
To join two tables on more than 1 set of fields,
Version 7 - In the New Join dialog box, after selecting the first pair
of fields, go to the list at the bottom of the dialog
labelled Join Fields. Click on the line beneath the one
that lists the two selected fields. You can now go back
and select a field from each table again.
Version 8 - In the Edit Join dialog box, after selecting the first
pair of fields, press the New Field Pair button and enter
the next pair.
