SYMPTOM(s):
Trying to delete a record from the database
The DISABLE TRIGGERS statement does not disable any VALIDATION phrase that may be defined
CAUSE:
The VALIDATION phrase is not a database trigger and consequently the DISABLE TRIGGERS statement will have no effect on it.
FIX:
Modify the record you are working with such that the validation will succeed, then proceed with the deletion of the record
