Error 354 on "prostrct add <filename>"
Unable to open or create <filename>, error <number>. (354)
Unable to open or create <ai_extent>, error 2. (354)
Cannot upgrade to 9.1D or install latest 9.1C patch
CAUSE:
A directory referenced for an additional AI extent did not exist
FIX:
1. Have a valid .st file
2. Run "prostrct builddb <dbname>"
It will rebuild the .db file.
