CAUSE:
Incorrect promsgs file being used by the replication agent.
FIX:
Fathom for Replication replace the promsgs file on the Progress installation directory. Make sure that the files used on the $DLC directory is the correct one for the replication agent.
For Fathom Replication 1.0A the promsgs file date should be Jan 20 2003 or the date for the Fathom Replication installation on the machine.
