SYMPTOM(s):
When trying perform a netsetup the install window for the destination pops up and disappears and the netsetup install abnormally terminates with no error message
This happens on various different client machines, not just one
CAUSE:
Configuration details existed pointing towards old path of previous install of same Progress version
FIX:
Make sure:
1. No ENVIRONMENT variables are set pointing other Progress versions / incorrect Paths.
2. No Registry entries exist from a previous install of the same version of Progress
