FIX:
Version 7 on Novell has a database blocksize of 512 bytes.
Version 8.2 and higher on Windows have variable blocksize (1,2,4, or 8kb).
There is no utility to directly convert from one blocksize to another.
The typical method of migration is by Dictionary Dump and Load.
