SYMPTOM(s):
Records are being locked and not released during peak times with AppServer
CAUSE:
Disconnected sessions are holding the records.
FIX:
1)Reduce the keepalive TCP parameter from the 2 hour default to 10 minutes.
2)Run the Progress watchdog like this:
prowdog <DB name>
