ESCAPE key cannot be used standalone on Unix V6 and V7

FIX:
The ESC key can only be used in Unix in conjunction with another key.
This applies to BOTH Version 6 and Version 7. We DO NOT SUPPORT the
use of this key used by itself to act like the ESC key acts on a DOS
system.
The reason for this is that the ESC key sequence is used in the
protermcap file as part of the sequence for other function keys. Each
of these would need to be remapped. This exercise would not only be
very time consuming, but also cannot be supported by Progress.
