VBX - FLAG REQUIRED IN PROGRESS.INI FOR DEPLOYMENT

When deploying applications that use VBXs, the following line must be
set in the [Startup] section of the PROGRESS.INI file:

AllowDesignMode=no

This allows the VBXs to function properly without license files.

Most commercial VBXs include a design mode license file which allows
the programmer to use the VBXs in a development environment (such as
the Progress UIB). This license file must not be shipped with the
deployed application. This allows the VBXs to function normally, in
a run-only mode, but it prevents users taking the VBXs and using them
in other applications without first purchasing their own design mode
license.

Some VBXs may be licensed for run and design mode distribution, and
the setting of the flag will make no difference for those VBXs.
